For ten years, he was in charge of video and live production at Kirjastokaista\u2014broadcasting library conferences, seminars, and training sessions live across Finland. At the same time, he wrote a technical blog for the industry on live production practices. Visual storytelling is one of his strengths, alongside his versatile skill set. Panu has worked on documentary films not only in Finland but also in Europe and Africa.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">At Solid Stream, Panu is responsible for the overall planning and management of productions. He has been involved in hundreds of live broadcasts, ranging from individual webinars to multi-day international conferences\u2014with clients including the European Parliament, Statistics Finland, His areas of expertise include venues where the acoustics aren\u2019t ideal for production, as well as blending the audio from multiple performers and remote participants into a single, cohesive whole.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The other half of his expertise comes from music. He has produced music for various artists, performed as a rap artist and DJ, and organized music events for ten years. He runs his own indie record label <strong>421 Enterprisea<\/strong>, which releases Finnish hip-hop, and is also responsible there for the artists' marketing and social media content, as well as their releases on digital platforms.
