The entire staff of 700 was invited to celebrate the anniversary, but only a fraction could fit in the auditorium. The challenge was how to get everyone in the mood - and how to ensure that the programme flowed seamlessly between the different spaces.<\/p><p>Solid Stream planned and executed the event as a hybrid celebration. The seminar was streamed from the auditorium stage to two \u201cOases\u201d converted into in-house meeting rooms with four large screens, powerful sound systems and cameras. Camera images from the oases were in turn relayed to the auditorium and shown on side screens to keep the audience in one piece.
