Demanding live broadcast: Expertise France 2026
Expertise France needed a local production partner in Finland capable of producing an international broadcast at TV broadcast standards, with multiple backups and a bilingual transmission solution.
Solid Stream carried out the Helsinki part of Expertise France's international production series, which takes place several times a year in different countries. Previous productions had been carried out in Mauritius, among other countries, and after Finland the production was continued in other countries.

Hybrid event: the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce 2026
An annual expert event that brings together Finnish and international players to discuss the Hong Kong and Asian markets. The event will take a hybrid format, allowing participants to follow the programme both on-site and online.
Solid Stream has been a live production partner of the event for several years responsible for the technical implementation of the hybrid event, live broadcasting and event videos.

Webinar series: SKHOLE / RATEKO, 2025
SKHOLE and RATEKO are a good example of how webinar production can be made more efficient when the whole is planned as a series of broadcasts.

Conference live: the Festival of Reference Books 2025
Solid Stream has been producing the live production of the Festival for several years with different realisations. During the Corona period, the event was organised as a web-only broadcast, and later as a hybrid model, with audience participation on site and webcasting.
In 2025, the event gained wide visibility when the live broadcast of the festival was simultaneously transmitted to YLE Arena, and on the event's own website.

NYT ry: Long-term production partner
Solid Stream has been a long-term production partner of NYT ry, producing events, webinars, AV solutions and event videos.
The cooperation includes, for example, the AV production of Dare to Enterprise events, webinars for teachers and video productions of events.

Statistics Finland is Finland's official statistical authority, which produces statistics and data describing the state of society. The organisation employs several hundred experts, and internal communication covers a wide range of events throughout the year.

Statistics Finland Case 2: PX-Meeting 2025, an international hybrid event
Statistics Finland hosted the International PX-Meeting 2025 in Helsinki, where statistics experts and developers from around the world gathered to share their expertise on open-source statistical systems.
The event was organized as a hybrid event: there was a large crowd on-site in Helsinki, but a significant portion of the audience followed the proceedings remotely from various countries.
