Henkilötietoja käsitellään asiakassuhteen tai erillisen suostumuksen perusteella. Henkilötietoja käsitellään vain ennalta määriteltyihin tarkoituksiin, joita ovat asiakassuhteen hoitaminen ja palveluistamme kertominen.

Webinaarien osallistujatiedot

Solid Stream järjestää webinaareja, joihin ilmoittaudutaan verkkosivuillamme. Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä keräämme nimen, sähköpostiosoitteen, yrityksen ja tehtävänimikkeen sekä sen, mistä kanavasta ilmoittautuja saapui (UTM-lähde). Webinaarin aikana ja sen jälkeen keräämme lisäksi osallistumistietoja: reaktiopainikkeiden klikkaukset aikaleimoineen, katseluaika, chat-viestit sekä sähköpostien avaukset/klikkaukset. Käsittelyn tarkoitukset ja oikeusperuste:

Ilmoittautumasi webinaarin järjestäminen (sopimus)
Osallistumisen analysointi ja ”lead scoring” -pisteytys — tämä on GDPR:n tarkoittamaa profilointia. Pisteytyksen tarkoitus on auttaa webinaarin isäntää tunnistamaan, ketä kannattaa lähestyä ensin. Emme tee pelkästään automaattisia päätöksiä, joilla olisi oikeudellisia vaikutuksia — myyntihenkilö tekee aina lopullisen päätöksen yhteydenotosta. (suostumus, rasti A)
Vapaaehtoiset sähköpostipäivitykset (suostumus, rasti B)

Käsittelijät: Solid Stream Oy (alusta), Supabase (tietokanta, EU-alue), Brevo (sähköpostit, EU-alue), Vimeo Inc. (videostriimaus, USA — tiedonsiirto suojattu EU:n vakiosopimuslausekkein / Data Privacy Frameworkin mukaisesti)

Säilytysaika: 24 kuukautta webinaarista, minkä jälkeen tiedot poistetaan tai anonymisoidaan. Oikeutesi: kaikki alla jo mainitut oikeudet koskevat myös näitä tietoja, mukaan lukien oikeus vastustaa profilointia.

The data subject may verify the personal data we have stored by sending a verification request to the address given in point 1.

Right to rectification

The data subject may request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him or her.

Right to object

The data subject may object to the processing of personal data if he or she feels that the personal data have been processed unlawfully.

Direct marketing ban

The data subject has the right to object to the use of the data for direct marketing.

Right of withdrawal

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus pyytää tietojen poistamista, jos tietojen käsittely ei ole tarpeen. Käsittelemme poistopyynnön, jonka jälkeen joko poistamme tiedot tai ilmoitamme perustellun syyn, miksi tietoja ei voida poistaa. On huomioitava, että rekisterinpitäjällä voi olla lakisääteinen tai muu oikeus olla poistamatta pyydettyä tietoa. Rekisterinpitäjällä on velvollisuus säilyttää kirjanpitoaineisto Kirjanpitolaissa (luku 2, 10 §) määritellyn ajan (10 vuotta) mukaisesti. Tämän vuoksi kirjanpitoon liittyvää aineistoa ei voida poistaa ennen määräajan umpeutumista.

The personal data contained in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
