Midsummer in Jarrena

The sun shines through the half-open blinds and into my mouth, waking me up. The immediate freshness of turning on the tap continues with a pleasantly lingering sensation - as I sip the last drop from my glass on the counter. I think there was a picture there.

My steps take me to the nearest clothing store, where I pick out the fashion statement of the day - not forgetting practicality. I grab one with my thoughts and follow it through the stairwell door to the busy Mannerheimstrasse.

Looking around, I realise that summer has indeed arrived in the city. Socks in sandals or sandals in socks, I put left before right.

Soon the pulse of the city changes to a relaxing atmosphere, accompanied by birds. I have arrived at the Central Park. After an indeterminate amount of time, I find myself in the urban landscape for the second time, but this time - I'm not in my home environment.

After many steps, I have arrived in Konala, where I try to seek shelter from the scorching midday sun. Having found a suitable spot, I am horrified to see something sticky on the screen of my smartwatch. Oh my! I go in search of a quick cleaning solution and find a mysterious door leading to some sort of office.

- Kop! Knock!

- Hello! What's up? Can I help you? A familiar voice echoes in my ear drum.

- Ky...yes you can sir. Because I have a stain on my watch. And I don't know how much time I have?

- Okay, well I think we have a cleaning cloth here. Come on in.

I walk in and find myself in some kind of office. I am surrounded by various beeping devices as I try to explore the space of the present.

- There, now it's clean. Shall we make the coffee?

- Thank you, not for me! I'd love a coffee, but I seem to be programmed to respond like this.

- I drink too. It's no trouble.

Huh, luckily he understands what's going on and cooks anyway. As the coffee happily brews, I form a mental picture of the place and ask:

- What do you do here in the office?

- We do streaming productions.

- Hmm... ok, ok, I don't know anything about them...

- Yeah, it's quite a complex job, but we've been doing it for so long that it's starting to come together.

- Thanks for the coffee and could you show me how to get to the nearest pavement?

- Okay.

I'm off again and the journey continues. Next it's time to find a suitable location to spend Midsummer. I'm slowly but surely making my way in the direction my nose is pointing...

- Hmm... what have we here? It's Midsummer Paradise!

It's time to put on a record and enjoy the bounty of Midsummer.

- Who's that coming out of there with a camera in his hand...
